Turning Points for Today

LISTEN to the message HERE.

MESSAGE NOTES

Now listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.”  As it is, you boast and brag. All such boasting is evil.  Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn’t do it, sins.   James 4:13-17

“Death is more universal than life.  Everyone dies, but not everyone lives.”  – Alan Sachs

- Turn Someday into Today

This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.   Psalm 118:24

- Turn Intention into Action

- Turn Half-hearted Faith into Full Devotion

When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.”   Mark 12:34

So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.   Revelation 3:16

- Turn Apathy into Urgency

now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation…  2 Corinthians 6:2

THINK ABOUT IT
